Atmos im Arnulfpark, Munich

Atmos im Arnulfpark, Munich. For this building, which received the silver DGNB award, the IPJ engineering office created the Energy Performance Certificate and helped to optimally set up the control and automation by means of a dynamic simulation model with more than 200 zones.

In the Arnulfpark, a development area of the CA Immo at the Munich central station, the Atmos of KSP Architekten is a prominent cornerstone of the neighbourhood. The building embraces two evergreen inner courtyards and the atrium.
The building materials in the Atmos have been tested for their environmental compatibility.

Thermo-active ceilings, which were combined with a geothermal system for heating and cooling, provide for a high comfort level in the rental areas. IPJ created the Energy Performance Certificate for the building, which received the silver DGNB award, and helped to optimally set up the control and automation by means of a dynamic simulation model with more than 200 zones.
